工作职责:
1、负责与客户的日常沟通和联络保持,帮助客户实现潜在及延展性需求;
2、掌握客户项目的管理推进和执行,带领3-5人团队进行独立工作,监控并保证项目的时间进度以及内部流程的顺利展开;
3、具有较好的提案能力及沟通技巧,能够独立完成较简单项目的提报;
4、挖掘新客户,帮助客户调研收集行业市场资料和消费者资料,发掘客户的潜在需求开展新的
Responsibilities:
1, Responsible for daily
communication with customers and maintain, to help customers achieve potential
and scalability needs;
2, Grasp the
management to promote and implement the project, and lead the team with 3-5
people to work independently, monitor and ensure the project schedule and
internal processes developed smoothly;
3, With good
resolution ability and communication skills, be able to complete the presentation of a simple project
independently;
4, Tap new
customers, help customers research and collect the information of industry
market and consumer, explore the potential needs of customers to carry out new
business.

任职资格:
1、具备2-4年广告、会展、新媒体行业客户服务工作经验;
2、较强的沟通及表达能力,能够维系良好的客户关系及协调内部工作安排;
3、对互动营销有深入了解及个人建识,并有较强的品牌战略理念和策略思考能力;
4、有一定的客户关系及良好的人际关系;
5、良好的管理能力和团队建设能力;
6、中英文语言能力上佳,较好的书面和口头表达能力。
Requirements:
